I was given a recorded interview that gave me one minute to prepare and one minute to answer. I felt that this big of a time constraint drew away from the point of what an interview should capsulate. I found myself trying to cram as much information that was relevant to the question as possible and did not get a good chance to present an adequate representation of myself as a candidate.

case study followed by a solo interview, lasted around 45 minutes. Lots of long situational competency based questions. final part was a group exercise where your interactions are watched and assessed.
