Interview
Straightforward and open interview and the HR person seemed fairly laid back but explained the position well. Helpful to understand the role in the context of the Catholic faith and as an international nonprofit.

Interview by two people. Pretty casual. No human resource team because only 7 people work there. General questions. Nothing special. Interview lasted 30 minutes. They tried to make me feel comfortable.

Work under pressure
The process was quick and straightforward with a screening with HR, a second round with the director and a third round with the president and VP, which was more of a conversation. HR was efficient and communicative throughout the process.
