Interview
Whereas the first interview went through smoothly, when I visited their premises for a second interview, it really felt like I was going through an exam, where they were trying to second guess any of my answers. I was relaxed and followed the conversation and they told me that I should hear from them beginning of next week. 10 days passed by and no communication. I tried calling them and still no answer. I emailed to find out if there is a chance to continue with the process or I should completely forget about it and still no answer. A week after that I sent an email thanking them for the process and suggesting that they should be communicating with the candidates and be transparent with the process. The money they were going to offer was ridiculous comparing to the amount of responsibilities they wanted the specific person to adhere to.

Interview
Straightforward, email and skype back and forth. I spoke with the manager of the branch where I was applying to talk about my experience and how I expected to fit into the sales team.
