CONDUCTED AT THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE. FULL DAY PROCESS WITH 4 DIFFERENT people from top management. HR TEAM WAS GREAT but local managers are rude cheap people, no support from them.

Phone interview with recruiter then face to face meeting. Relatively fast process getting through. Solid relationship with Microsoft and good with asking questions around your experience. Have to get multiple managers to agree to take you to the next round. Recruiter does not have a lot of information.
