I had a screening phone interview with HR first. Then it was an on site interview with the customer service manager and one of the owners but the owner didnt show. The interview lasted 1 hour and HR showed me the door and said I would be contacted either way which they never did. Whole process was 4+ weeks.

Interview
I was sent an email requesting an interview. We set up a time and the phone interview was two days later. It was supposed to be just 30 minutes but was more closer to 45 minutes. I was told that they were doing phone interviews with other candidates and they would pick whomever to bring in for a face to face interview once they've completed all the phone interviews. Never heard back but finally got an email a week and a half later stating that they were moving forward with other candidates.
