I applied online. I interviewed at COS (New York, NY) in May 2016
Interview
I applied to COS online and was given a brief phone interview about 2 weeks later. They then asked me to come to the 5th avenue location a few days later for a group interview. It was about 12 applicants, and the interview was divided into 2 parts. The first part was a styling exercise, and the second part was a prioritization exercise - all very easy if you've worked retail before. The store manager of the Soho location called me later that same day and asked if I could come in to do an individual interview. The next day I was given an offer.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at COS (New York, NY) in Aug 2019
Interview
I applied online then received a phone call from the assistant store manager. I was asked a few questions over the phone then I was called for an interactive interview at the store where we had to do group activities. Then I was called back for an 1-on-1 interview with the assistant store manager and store manager.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, what are your strengths and weeknesses
The interview process takes... forever. The other interviews I have done for a Sales Associate job took 30 minutes max. I'm pretty sure my Cos interview took over 1.5 hrs.
The interview overall was pretty standard. They made us do a group activity and an individual activity.
