Interview
Small group interview of about 10 people. We had to do a practical exercise of finding an outfit for a particular customer. We had a team exercise to put stock onto the floor. Then we had a list of jobs that needed to be done and what order we prioritised them.
Then we had individual interviews with the store manager.
Over all a really friendly relaxed experience.

Do I prefer a busy work environment or a slower paced environment?
the interview was relatively short and informal - you were invited to attend a face to face interview at the store with the manager. they asked about past experience and situational questions.

Interview
We went through a group interview were we were asked to carry out different store-relateds tasks, from visual display to customer adivse. The whole process made sense and was quite entertaining.
