Initial phone interview which lasted about 15 minutes. Then a face to face interview with a recruiter. After that was a ride along for about 4 hours to get a feel for the job. Finally a panel interview. If you do well in the panel interview you get an offer.

Contacted by the company after posting resume on career builder. The hiring process was fairly drawn out. Had an interview with a Recruiter, then my potential supervisor, then his assistant. After this I was asked to shadow an engineer for a day and the tech would evaluate if I could pick up the knowledge necessary. I was then asked to do a personality test as well as drug test. Then I got a panel interview where a number of managers asked me questions and made the final decision.
