Done completely by phone when I interviewed in 2012. Spoke with a recruiter and then received email package with information and job offer upon completion of drug screen. It took a few weeks to actually begin working.

Question 1
Give an example of a time you helped a customer with a difficult situation.
Easy and conversational. They wanted to know why I would like to work there and my customer and about what experience in customer service I had previously. The interviewer was very friendly. I had one brief phone interview and then an in person interview with my future manager.

Interview
Zoom interview on the computer for about 10 minutes, and than there was a follow up interview by phone. The process was simple and they interviewers were great as well.
I met the manager at the store and talked to them. We just talked about previous work experience and basically what I sent in my portfolio. It was not too hard
