I submitted a resume and cover letter online and the next day I got a call and pretty much had the phone interview right then and there. Hired on the spot. I started the next week.

Easy and conversational. They wanted to know why I would like to work there and my customer and about what experience in customer service I had previously. The interviewer was very friendly. I had one brief phone interview and then an in person interview with my future manager.
