I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at CROSSMARK in Dec 2014
Interview
Applied online: A recruiter called me a few days later. She explained the job title as a retail representative (because I had no idea what the company did, or what they wanted me to do for that matter), locations I would be working, and the pay rate, which was ok, not great.

Question 1
Have you ever used a schematic/planogram? Are you ok with driving? You will be setting up displays in large stores, are you ok with that? How soon can you start? Also that I would be using my own car, and some days may have to stay overnight.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at CROSSMARK (Fresno, CA) in Jun 2020
Interview
Very easy and quick, a few phone calls and thats about it. They called me about three times in one day and I kept making it to the next round and in a couple of hours I was hired.

Interview
No real interview process. I applied using their online application service, and I got a call a couple days later with a job offer. They asked me a few questions during that phone call, but no true interview

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CROSSMARK (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
Very simple procedure. I submitted my resume to their company site online. Concurrently, my friend referred me and my application to his supervisor, who in turn put in a good word with corporate. About a week later I heard back from a hiring manager who told me I had been hired. She asked me several basic questions about contract terms and explained the on-boarding process. From resume to first day took about two weeks.
