The interview process began with a referral from an internal team member. I then had an interview with a senior director within 24 hours of the referral. Forty-eight hours after that, I was contacted by a recruiter to set up an in-person panel-style meeting with the senior director and two team members. After that in-person interview, I received an offer five business days later. It was a reasonably quick process compared to most interview processes I've been part of over the past four years.

It was extremely professional. The questions were relevant to my resume and my experience. It was very conversional and non-intimated. The role was explained in detail. That was very helpful.
