Informal and held at the office in Bayport. I was asked a few general knowledge questions but they were not interested in my personal goals or what I was looking for from an employer.

Question 1
They asked how I would handle an upset customer. (Strange 1st question. I remember wondering if this is a common occurrence with their clients.) They asked if I had a problem lifting/carrying/transporting equipment as well. Very few specific technical questions.
