Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter I knew well that knew my background and met with the CEO on my first interview. The job was unofficially offered to me on the spot. I then had a quick phone conversation with the HR director and Sales director.

I do not remember there being any difficult questions in this interview process. I just walked them through my background and they give me an idea of the culture they were trying to build.
I was interviewed to see what type of knowledge I have from the past and then was then taken into the production room to test my knowledge of the machines
