Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. The interviewing was more geared towards the skills that were aquired from being a worker. This was an internal promotion. The questions were lax and more of an understanding of what will be expected and a background check.

what makes you feel you can handle more responsibility within the store?
Interview was a simple conversation about job requirements and availability as well as previous work experience. Interviewer was polite and encouraging, mostly conversational with little stress. Talked about training they provide and expectations as well.

Asked about previous work experience and history as well as current obligations.
Very chill in person interview, asks a few question and availability and thats it. Overall a very easy process to be completely honest. Love cvs though and think its a good place to work
The interview process was amazing, my interviewer was kind and informative. I felt welcomed in when we were talking during my interview. Any questions i asked were answered in a polite and respectful way. We got along well.
