I went in for a sit down interview in the stores break room was asked general questions about my experience and pharmacy experience. It was very easy she asked a couple questions about my history and a few Pharmacy questions and how I would handle certain situations in the pharmacy.

Basic face to face interview with a single person. Asked a series of situational questions. Customer service based. Even though the position was for the pharmacy, most questions were about customer service. Brief yourself on the background of CVS. Total amount of time for interview was approximately 20 minutes. Bring a pad and pen to jot down notes.
