Interview
First I applied online and received a call a little over a week. He asked my availability and my age and I was asked to come in the next day for an interview. I came about 10- 15 earlier than I was scheduled and I had to wait in the pharmacy area for a little while. He then came out and greet me and I greeted him back and we shook hands. The store manage was super nice and asked other personal questions trying to make me feel comfortable then lead me to the back in this room and proceeded with the interview
Very informal. I suppose it will differ by site. Mostly concerned availability and any past research experience. I found my interviewer to be very easy going and enjoyed the process.

Quick 30 mins. Questions were the usual basic ones every job asks. They take you to the back room and into the lunch room and you are interviewed by the manager and their assistant.

I applied online. Got an interview within 2-3 weeks. Got hired the next 2 days. It was a very laid back interview and more conversation like. The manager looked at my resume and asked me about my customer service experience.
