Phone Screening, then phone interview, then hour long video interview. not bad be charasmatic and emphasis on wanting to help with kindness. Training for 3 months after not too bad real test is first week of calls then it gets way better.

Received an email requesting a phone interview. Phone interview asked a few questions about work history, behavioral question and then extended an invitation to a virtual interview. I was extremely nervous (interview shy) however I immediately felt comfortable. The ladies were amazing. Three weeks is a long time to wait for an answer, hoping it will come sooner.
