I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (East Stroudsburg, PA) in Apr 2025
Interview
The job posting said ($16-25) The interview process consisted of a brief round of questioning not very structured or in depth, the hiring manager briefly looked at my resume asked me a few generic questions like how do you work and stay focused at work and deal with difficult customers (which there are a lot of). I expected them to bring up salary but it was in my best interest to bring it up and explain why I expected a certain rate (not the lowest rate offered which is what they went with). I had to go back to the recruiter and their boss to explain why I was demanding a midrange wage rate for the job and would not except the lowest rate offered. 3 weeks later they hit me with another acceptance offer at the lowest rate so I decided to look for employment elsewhere.

Great and short interview process. I wasn’t nervous at all. And felt confident. Manager was really understanding and helpful. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a job. Good for a part time job or someone starting out
I applied in-person. I interviewed at CVS Health (Boston, MA) in Feb 2026
Interview
My interview process was very positive and smooth. The Hiring Manager was extremely kind and welcoming. I walked in to the store, introduced myself, and left my resume in person. The next day, I received a job offer. The process was quick, straightforward, and professional, and I really appreciated how approachable and respectful the Hiring Manager was throughout the experience.

They asked me about my availability and whether I was flexible with my schedule. The question focused on making sure I could meet the needs of the store and be reliable.
Called in for interview by Pharmacy manager. Interview just consisted of being asked a few questions. Very relaxed. Received offer via email within a few days and then set-up orientation.
