The interview process was too long and demanding. There were 5 steps in total. 1. Phone Screen 2. Hiring Manager Interview 3. Skills Assessment 4. Presentation / Roundtable Interview 5. Founder Interview The time between them was fairly quick, which was a relief, but after the Founder Interview, I was ghosted for two/three weeks before finally getting a generic rejection email.
