Screening interview with Senior Associate. The overall experience was pleasant and the interviewer was nice. However, the interview felt a little rushed because of the time limit. I was asked typical law firm interview questions.
Typical interview with behavioral questions. Describe a time . . . List a weakness . . . etc. Met with multiple offices. The total interview was several hours long, but no different than any other firm in their market. Overall i would rate as a good experience.

Weakness, difficult employee, strength, hardest research assignment
Relaxed, straightforward. The firm was generally cordial, but some of the partners were relatively dismissive off the bat. Lots of focus on buying in and working long hours, which may be a red flag.
