Quick and easy, easier than I expected. Had to wait a bit, but got offered a large drink, which was nice. Only took 5-10 minutes, they asked only a few questions and they offered me the job right there and then.

Easy, straightforward. They ask you basic questions pertaining to the job. Availability, if you have other commitments, scheduling questions. As well as experience but this is a beginner position, great to start there.
