Filled up an application online. Let them know my availability and scheduled a phone interview. The phone interview was really short and simple. The recruiter asked some questions and we had a chat. She went ahead and offered me the position.

Minimal. Great for busy students who are applying to many campus jobs. They called me to ask for my availability and then had me come in person. It was very brief and not a traditional interview.
