Very easy after you receive first email, the next step is a spark hire interview then a zoom meeting interview. The zoom interview is less than 30 minutes. It pretty much is making sure you are fit to work with at risk children.
Interview process was simple, with open communication regarding next steps and expectations. From date of interview, it took about two to three weeks to hear back from the company with a response.
