Interviewed with HR, this role was a senior position but paid less than what some analysts and associates make on base. The base was so low it for such a senior role that there was no point in continuing.

It was a lengthy, multiple step process with multiple interviews however once I got the job and began working there I better understood why they were so in depth and the entire process then made a lot of sense!
