The candidates have to pass a written exam test and they get grade depending how well they performed in the exam. The top candidates based on the score get calls first for the interview. There was only one interview. Got a phone call from hiring manager and asked if I am interested. Questions are more like behavioral type focusing on Utilities industry. No surprise.

First take the position exam (online), apply for the position with references, undergo first (and only round) interview with a panel of three, references will be checked after the interview. Upon notice of award, you'll have to pass a conflict of interest screening.

Question 1
There were five questions, but asked to keep these confidential. They were straightforward behavioral questions like "give us an example of a time when ...." They give you about five minutes to develop a response to each question and then ten minutes to answer. There were only five questions.
