Will ask about previous job experiences. Overall with a bit of practice i believe you can ace the interview. They will also ask for examples of good customer service.

Interview
It was easy, they asked a bunch of questions, such as my prior experience, and what I liked about Call It Spring, and hired me on the spot. The process was very straightforward, and honestly I think the expectations are very transparent of what they want from their associates.

The interviewer called on Face Time. Very confusing questions. The interviewer could barely hear me because of the bad service. Asked about 30 questions from a book. Kept stuttering while reading the questions from the book.
