Calphalon interview questions

Interview was with staffing agency, but I was recruited to do a project by Bowling Green State University, thus my experience with the company wasn't a normal process. I was asked to do a project for the company. I just came in, filled out the necessary paperwork and that was it. There really wasn't an interview at all.
