It was plain and simple. The video submission section can make you a little nervous but trust me there is no need to be. Over all I enjoyed it and now I'm waiting for a response.

They would like to know about your teaching history.
No interview is required. You will have to create a profile and upload a video for review. After you submit your profile, it will go through a review process. The amount of time it takes depends on the demand.
Easy because instead of formal interview, you submit a video talking about yourself and of you tutoring which is evaluated and approved by the company. They are very easy to impress as long as you show you're passionate.
