Applied via university board and recruiter contacted me to come in for an interview. Interview process was very quick and casual, just one interview with the R&D manager. Because it was through a recruiter, communication was not the best.

Casual interview conducted by two individuals from the QA department. I was asked to do a brief run through of the qualifications on my resume and then they began asking me interview questions. They explained the position responsibilities and the interview ended with some questions that I asked them.
