Extremely casual and laidback interview. The hypothetical “what would you do” questions aren’t difficult. Even if you don’t answer correctly, it’s not a big deal and they told me what the correct answer for the situation was. They are pretty open to hiring people without library experience, so don’t feel like you need to be an expert in the interview.
