I applied and had an interview with the head of ops. There was an in person interview with an assessment in person. They were friendly and communicative. They replied promptly and it was a good experience all round.

Question 1
Assessment included an ops scenario with their SKUs and balancing large orders with stock management
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Candy Kittens (London, England)
Interview
Disheartening, as although some light reasoning was provided re. why I was not offered the position...it later transpired via the recruiter that the position was ultimately given to a connection of the founder which made the experience feel unfair in addition to being a total waste of time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Candy Kittens (London, England) in Jul 2023
Interview
Entire recruitment process was a mess. They did not turn up to the interview they invited me to which I taken time off work for. There was no communication as to why this was, and I still haven’t heard from them. I can only assume they don’t understand basic timekeeping and communication or have a total lack of respect for candidates and their time.

I answered some fairly standard questions before the initial interview, such as salary expectations, notice period, and what I wanted from the role.
