I applied to CapIntel and was contacted for an interview by the actual hiring manager. There was always a slight disorganization at every touchpoint and interview. I was told I would meet other team members and never did. Also, everybody who was invited to interview me never showed up. I was told i would be moving to next steps and contacted on certain dates after being asked to present a case study and nothing happened. Instead, I followed up twice and was told they went with someone else who was more focused on a SaaS environment.
