I interviewed through on-campus career center. Networked extensively with them with mock interview, career-fair, and professional presentations. They were very nice, young, and laid back. I heard back from them the night of on campus interview - they were very quick about getting back to you. 2 weeks later, office visit in Richmond. Reception the night before at the hotel. Lots of drinks, people, and I even met the CEO. Again, very friendly and genuine atmosphere, very laid back. Next day, 2 interviews, 2 people per interview with a Principal, Manager, and Sr.Manager. I heard back about 2 days later and got an offer. Overall, very positive experience.
