      1st Interview :Basic HR conversation about career goals with CapTech and discuss my experience in object oriented programming 2nd Interview: Phone based Technical Interview on object oriented programming, J2EE framework questions and questions for other technologies. I felt the tech interview was quite off topic when it came to preparing for Java based role.
