It was the most bizarre interview I've ever had. I got called into an interview for the position of Instructional Aide and learned that it was for a subject that was completely irrelevant to me and not the subject I was told I would be interviewing for. There were 2 interviewers, the choral director, and a woman (I forgot her position) were so cold and did not smile once. I should have just left as soon as I found out the position was for something I hadn't even applied for.
I interviewed at Capistrano USD (San Juan Capistrano, CA)
Interview
we should go to the room, almost 4 people are there and ask some questions, after they ask some of question about data , and our professional behavior at work
Interview panel with principals and asking several questions about the classroom and teaching philosophy. The panel consisted of several principals all from different sites. My interview was on Zoom. Very professional and well done.
