Applied through LinkedIn and talked to a recruiter. A couple of days later, I spoke to the hiring manager for a little over an hour. Very pleasant exchange, great positive vibes all around. She said I would hear back either way by the following week. Then I was ghosted. I sent an email requesting an update. Nothing.
