I had a first-round screening with HR that lasted about 30 minutes and was conducted professionally. Unfortunately, I was not selected to move forward. Clear feedback was provided regarding why my experience was not the right fit for the role.

First call with HR and then interview with the team. Although I didn't get the role overall my experience has been very positive. HR was quick and proactive in giving responses and I learned a lot from the interview itself.

Interview
The process consisted of an HR screening call followed by two interviews and lasted around two weeks.
The initial call was informal and focused on my background and a small number of competency based questions. The next two rounds went deeper into situational and competency discussions.
Feedback was shared quickly and was specific and constructive, demonstrating a strong commitment to transparency and development.
