Capstone (Washington DC) interview questions

The first round was a basic recruiter call, followed by a 2nd round with the head of business development, which was pretty basic behavioral questions and questions about my current role. The 3rd round was a case study on potential PE firms to pitch Capstone's services. The final round was a 2.5-hour interview in person; most of the questions were on the case study, with a few behavioral questions. The whole process was about 4 weeks.

Overall impression was that organization wasn't sure what they were looking for. Got handed off to a couple of people after initial phone screen. Didn't feel like much of a process and just kind of lame, to be honest.
