The interview was very easy.. First part they checked you internet connection and quick typing test... second part was where they recorded repeating a recording verbatim.. I failed the test but they said to practice more and I can interview again when i every i would like to try again

Very straight forward. They are very selective in who they hire and you have to go through a pretty rigorous testing process. I was offered a position on the spot though.
