Had two phone interviews, one with HR mostly about the company and what i was looking for, the other was with the HR manager. Straightforward interview that took about 45 minutes.

2 HR phone calls, 1 video call, then fly out to the job location to meet with the team. The first two calls are almost exactly the same and the video call was similar with a few technical questions

2-3 round of interviews. typical interview questions, 1-2 technical interviews at the end, plus 1 cultural fit interview in sales office, very straight forward process. you should answer all technical questions as they are related to common engineering concepts or hvac related.
There were 4 total interviews. The first two interviews were with human resources on the phone, one with VP of engineering on the phone, and then a final with the regional manager in person.
