It was a phone interview, a face-to-face interview, and a secondary face-to-face. Each was with a different set of people. It was very personal. They cared to ask more about my family and my past experiences that didn't go well rather than focus on what I was good or bad at. They still asked necessary questions, however, when they asked, it was asked in a caring way rather than business-like. I enjoyed the interviews and felt very comfortable through the entire process. I didn't even have to think about it when they offered the job!

I had two brief phone interviews with both hiring managers followed by an in person with one and then came back the following week to meet with the other and the general sales manager. From the moment I walked in the building I felt very welcomed. The interviews themselves felt very natural as though you were talking with people you've worked with for years. They took the time to ask questions to get to know me as a person not just where have you been and what have you done. I feel their interview process will allow them to find the best suited candidate and also allows the candidate to see the company with a lot of transparency, and decide if it's right for them. I'm waiting to see if I get an offer but I can say without a doubt even if I don't I'm thankful for even being considered. If you're considering applying for a new opportunity you won't be disappointed in the career potential this company offers.
