Cara Technology interview questions

Really enjoyable multistage interview process. They have high standards as a global business being a market leader in what they do but throughout the interview process they were incredibly friendly and clear on what it is they do as a business and what they want to achieve. It was very apparent they are passionate and proud about what they do and I love that! For this role it consisted of an application, 1st stage teams interview and a 2nd stage face to face where I was also given a tour of the building.

The first interview was an online interview on Teams and then a second face to face interview at their offices in Leatherhead. Strict covid procedures in place where visiting the office.
