I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cardinal Technology Solutions (Lucknow) in Dec 2018
Interview
The process was very smooth and short. But the company is quite confused about who they want as a candidate. First they offered an intern position for 6 months joining straight from January onwards (even before graduating). Then, they changed their offer to a permanent one and that too at an extremely low package. Mind you this package came with a condition of staying late after even 11 o' clock at the office. Even a call center offers more at the same labor.

But he start asking me the questions in the area which I do not mentioned in my CV. I don't know when I have not mentioned in my CV then why he is asking such a questions?
Its look like that he already decided that not to recruite me. He is in negative mind set I don't know why.
Environment of the company looks good as per the body language of the team lead because he is very affraid about his job security. I thought he think thathe might be face some questions if he selected me and if any issue occured in future so that he already mind makup that he will not recruit me and thats why he stary asking me in the area which are not mentioned in my CV.
