Easy interview with a couple scenario-based questions. Done over the phone by another RN. They do want you to have full time experience during the last year in whatever specialty you interview for. I think the whole interview was about 10 minutes long.

The interview was very brief - said it would take up to 45 minutes and it lasted 17. Quickly went over how the job works and went over an overview of my background, but most of the interview were clinical scenarios.
