First i had interview with HR and they sent me assignment. After i sent my assignment we did two more technical reviews on Skype. Both of the interviews was great. Most of questions was about assignment that they sent me.

Interview
I started with HR and seemed all was going smooth.
After short call he sent me description of test project and strongly advised me to spend on it 6, not 3 hours.
Actually task was pretty complex with a lot of features.
I spent 10-12 hours only for coding.
Send my project back and... no response for 3 weeks!
Asked hr about current state and got like nothing meaningful.
Just a waste of time!

Interview
Interview process starts off with with an initial call with the recruiter followed by a coding assignment.
If things go well with the assignment, its followed with technical interviews with team members and one interview with a product team member.
Overall, was pretty straightforward; only one critique is some interview questions were repetitive between different interviewers.
The whole process took a month.
