Online challenge on hackerrank, completed weeks ago no feedback received. Questions are hard and too many to be solved in a short time. The recruiter has not been responsive after the online challenge.

It's been 2 weeks and I haven't had any feedback despite asking the recruiter for feedback. Very bad business ethics.

Applied through referral.
Took 90 minute online-challenge, involved coding and elementary CS knowledge questions.
Quick chat with recruiter.
Scheduled 3-one-hour phone interviews the next week, was told the content of the interviews and my interviewers explicitly before my interviews. Two interviews took 2 hours, and and one took 90 minutes.
Got an offer a week later.
Simple.
