Behavioral and Technical questions. A manager and another employee do an interview with you. Then, the HR will also do an interview with you. they don't send you an update unless you follow up with them.

Interview
Six rounds. Ridiculous. Three with same person. Two with another same person. Multiple other. Some in-house. Some phone calls. HR touted how you will not find bias at Casco...if hired...it does not exist. Our highest plant manager is female....whatever. Six rounds people. Wake up. Dysfunctional leadership. Asked about tenure at other firms, which was at least 4 yrs in most cases. Person asking has job hopped more than the candidate and has been at Casco less than 10 months. Are you a male under age 40? Go for it. Others if it hits three rounds and no offer and they call back again and again..,we'll just say no. Women, with engineering degrees and a great track record, do not bother, forget it. And whatever you do if you have advanced degrees, take them off your resume.....Then suddenly an internal candidate surfaces, and it was a retained search. Recruiter miffed but not as much as the candidate who spent thirty two hours prepping for interviews. They do not want to pay even close to market rate. And this candidate asked for 7k below market just because it seemed like a nice place to work with good people and a right move. My gut rules and does not steer wrong. After call back for 6th...well...Boy, was that wrong. Dysfunctional interview process. Dysfunctional decision makers at the top. Dysfunctional company. Job has been open for a long time...years. Multiple people filling the gap and I brought up why hire at all. Kept getting told at every round we are just getting by...we are missing things....we need someone and at last round when I asked... are you hiring at all...I have been here six times people...and get told " a decision Friday but I think you would make a great addition to the team."...BS....and this from a woman...who I somehow suspect did not get to cast a deciding vote. My BS meter was on high alert. Well after six rounds glad to see they are heeding the advice. Unbelievable. Welcome to 2017. Girls do not get engineering degrees. Go into purchasing and HR. Better odds. I ought to know. Been in this industry too many years. It smells.
Can you travel.....which they answered with .... well not sure you would need to much at all but maybe, this after I said where to...no problem. So my question in my mind ....why are you asking and are you looking to weed people in or out...
