The hiring process at CasperLabs takes an average of 18 days when considering 2 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Project Manager had the quickest hiring process (on average 7 days), whereas SDR Manager roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 28 days).
Recruiter reached out to setup a screening call. All under their new brand “Prove AI”.
He then emails to say the JD changed but that it didn’t affect my candidacy.
He then canceled 10 minutes before the screening call “due to a personal matter” with a promise to reschedule.
He then sends a rejection email days later with a boilerplate template.
Super unprofessional and disorganized. I can’t imagine a qualified person wanting to work here or being successful with this much obvious dysfunction.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CasperLabs (Marne-la-Vallee) in Mar 2023
Interview
Super slow response time from everyone during each stage of the interview process. Was given a super long task where i had to essentially create a sales playbook for them with all my ideas. Through the interview stages i was praised for all the ideas i was bringing forth. All of a sudden I'm rejected.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CasperLabs in Apr 2024
Interview
I was recruited to interview for one of the first Sales Engineering positions in the US. After some scheduling conflicts, I first met with the Head of Product. Great interview - I felt this person liked what I had to say about Generative AI and the future. I then met with the COO, and I had a scheduling conflict of my own last-minute and failed to communicate with them on the day of the interview. Completely my fault. After reschedule, I felt the interview with the COO went really well and I was excited about the opportunity. I sent some follow-up questions via email, as well as three strong letters of recommendation.
However, after three total emails trying to follow up with both the recruiter and the COO, I was completely ghosted. Zero response, I've no idea what happened. This is unprofessional and inexcusable. It's absolutely acceptable and normal to be rejected for a position and I may not have been the right fit - no problem. But to just ghost someone is rude, and I expected better.
