CasperLabs interview questions

Super slow response time from everyone during each stage of the interview process. Was given a super long task where i had to essentially create a sales playbook for them with all my ideas. Through the interview stages i was praised for all the ideas i was bringing forth. All of a sudden I'm rejected.

I was recruited to interview for one of the first Sales Engineering positions in the US. After some scheduling conflicts, I first met with the Head of Product. Great interview - I felt this person liked what I had to say about Generative AI and the future. I then met with the COO, and I had a scheduling conflict of my own last-minute and failed to communicate with them on the day of the interview. Completely my fault. After reschedule, I felt the interview with the COO went really well and I was excited about the opportunity. I sent some follow-up questions via email, as well as three strong letters of recommendation. However, after three total emails trying to follow up with both the recruiter and the COO, I was completely ghosted. Zero response, I've no idea what happened. This is unprofessional and inexcusable. It's absolutely acceptable and normal to be rejected for a position and I may not have been the right fit - no problem. But to just ghost someone is rude, and I expected better.
