I interviewed at Catalant Technologies (Boston, MA)
Interview
Straight forward and well detailed. The process was laid out clearly for me at the onset, I was also clear about understanding what the typical process was, and so I asked about that.

Question 1
Lay out how do you plan out your first 90 days in seat.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Catalant Technologies
Interview
Had a screening call with the recruiter, followed by a 30 minute call with the hiring manager. After that, did a take home exercise, then a 30 minute presentation and discussion of the exercise.
Then I was invited to a 1.5 hour interview with 3 team members in a row. Some last minute shuffling happened right before my interviews.
A few days later, got a rejection email from the recruiter. No feedback. Not even a phone call (which I expect as a professional courtesy after that many rounds of interviews).

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to deal with ambiguity
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Catalant Technologies (Boston, MA) in Oct 2022
Interview
Seemed disorganized and communicated poorly. After submitting my application, a recruiter requested to schedule a half-hour screening call. The day of the call, the recruiter emailed letting me know that they would be unable to keep our appointment and requested to reschedule. I agreed to reschedule in spite of this. After the screen they moved me on to another half hour interview with a manager, scheduled for the following week which I also passed. They then requested to schedule a 2.5 hour panel interview for another week after my second call. This included 5 half-hour interviews: a product-focused conversation with a customer experience associate, a mock sales call with a sales manager, and conversations with an account manager, a prospective SDR peer, and with a sales director. Although none of these were remarkable, they were all cordial. They asked that I follow-up my panel interview with a sales-pitch email, which I did promptly. It took about a week to hear any follow-up from the recruiter, at which point they told me they had extended 2 offers that were both accepted and had a third spot which they were putting on hold for a few weeks. They said they would be in touch once they resumed hiring for that position, but never followed up.
